Segue Serves (Senior Living Facility) - 16 Weeks 10am-2pm

   $3500/semester or 5 monthly payments of $700
Includes cost of transportation to/from community service, and the cost of lunch out.  

Executive Function & Social Skills RPG - 16 weeks 10am-1pm

   $2500/semester or 5 monthly payments of $500

PEERS for Young Adults - 10 weeks 4:30pm-7:30pm

   $3000/semester or $300 deposit and 3 monthly payments of $900.
A superbill for out-of-network Occupational Therapy services provided upon request.

Finding Your People - 14 Weeks 11:30am-12:30pm

$1000/semester or 5 monthly payments of $200

College Accountability Academic - 14 weeks 1pm-230pm plus 12 weeks accountable study hall
